How will I receive XCBSS?
After you purchase your XCBSS software you will obtain your full installation and source package instantly. You will immediately receive an e-mail with your product attached, additionally, you will also be provided with a download valid for 24 hours.
Is Your code encrypted or encoded?
Well, we have both versions of software available for purchase. You are free to customize and edit your software (downloable full version) to meet any requirement, however we can not offer support on custom modules built by a third party.
Will you install the software for me?
Yes, there is a $25.00 fee associated with installations, simply register for a support account at New Customers and send in a service or support request explaining your requirements.
Will you Customize the software for me?
Yes, we can do customizations on the product such as email, logo integration and any additional support on the product as long as the product is not altered by any third party. Customizations charges depends on the number of hours of work or can be done on a fixed cost basis model as described on our website www.logicalexperts.com
Am I eligible for upgrades?
We provide free upgrades to the software for full one year. After there will be charge of $99 per year for eligible customers for further upgrades on the application. Also we do not provide upgrades to the customers whose code has been altered by third party. Those whose code has been altered are NOT eligible for the upgrades from the company.
